A little rhythm. A much easier dinner.
A flexible approach to planning your week, with room for leftovers, last-minute plans and whatever looks good at the market.

Start with the week you actually have
Before choosing recipes, look at your calendar. A late finish needs a different dinner from a quiet evening at home. Pick two meals you enjoy cooking, one quick pantry meal and an evening for using what is already in the fridge. Leave space for plans to change.
Give ingredients a second job
Choose a few ingredients that can work in more than one dish. Roasted vegetables can accompany dinner and become the filling for a wrap. A herb dressing can finish a grain bowl or brighten a plate of beans. Plan variety through different textures and seasonings rather than an entirely new shopping list each night.
Make a short list, then stop
Check your cupboards before shopping and write down only what the planned meals need. Keep one flexible option in reserve, such as pasta with a simple sauce. At the end of the week, notice which meals fitted your routine and carry those ideas forward. A useful plan should make the next decision easier.
